Over my 10 years with this firm, I had become part of the executive management of the firm and participated in over 40 projects including commercial, residential, institutional and mixed use. In addition to project management I specialized in:

Major works in these areas included:
Fulton Church Tower, New York, NY 1983-89
400,000 SF Office Building.
Approval work involved a Landmarks transfer of development rights, street demappings, and subway improvement bonuses, and bulk modifications.
New York Hospital, New York, NY 1987-88
Major Modernization Master Plan.
Project director for the design of a 3 million SF Major Hospital Complex.
Republic Bank Tower, New York, NY 1980-86
1,200,000 SF Headquarters building and investment office tower, including restoration of the Landmark Knox Building. Work included design of base building and interiors, Landmarks Preservation Commission and City Planning Commission approvals for both a Special Permit and a major modification to the Special Permit. I was also instrumental in obtaining Federal Tax Credits for this development.
Kew Gardens Tower, Kew Gardens, NY 1985-89
575,000 SF Investment Office Building.
Project Director and design coordinator of this premier Queens development. Responsible for the approval of the major modification to a restrictive declaration for the rezoned site.
